You can send Documents to anyone by email without opening Microsoft Outlook. You are busy getting stuff done, managing your competing priorities without the distraction of the inbox and you now need to send a file to someone by email. Don’t open the inbox – do this instead!

Simply open your file explorer and locate the file you need to send by email > right-click the file’s icon or name > Click ‘Send To’ and then click ‘Mail Recipient’

A new email message will open with the file attached and ready to send without Outlook opening. Enter your recipient’s email address, edit the email message accordingly and hit ‘Send’ and there you go – job done without the distraction of the inbox.
