1 We have done a lot of research around this. We are intimate with the DNA of a goal-centred approach and we have perfected a robust, yet flexible framework for Goal creation, control and delivery. Our difference is that we also know how all the molecular elements fit together, what can be flexed, bypassed, moved, welded elsewhere without compromising the overall structure.

2 In the real world one-size fits nobody. People at work rarely change the behaviours of a working lifetime just because they attended a generic training workshop. Our difference is that everyone gets a workable, bespoke solution. Every delegate receives:

  • A personal pre-brief by telephone appointment prior to the workshop, so we understand their roles, challenges and their personal wins from the training. We also pick up vital information on how they see their world. 
  • Post workshop coaching support. This is delivered via a one-hour telephone appointment, two to three weeks after the workshop, where we customise the training content to their personal needs.

3 People at work won’t change the behaviours of a working lifetime just because they picked up a few tips, tricks or ideas at a training workshop.  Our difference is that we engage your people on all levels as they work and flex the structure and process through their own goals, whether that is next quarter’s target, a major project they have to deliver alongside their day-job, their professional development or a non-work goal.
